El Camino Oak Pavilion Dialysis Facility
and Administrative Offices

El Camino Hospital's Dialysis Centers have gained international attention for their pioneering work in daily in-center and home hemodialysis services. They are one of the principal participating centers for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the CMS (Medicare) multicenter trial on more frequent dialysis (FHN).

The Ground Floor Dialysis Center houses a high-traffic, 25-station hemodialysis treatment unit supported by clinic exam rooms, education/counseling areas, and staff offices. Administrative offices, primarily for financial departments, occupy the remainder of the building. On a fast-track schedule, Millican Jones provided full interior design services for the project including interior architectural design of the two-story lobby.
