The project was a comprehensive assessment of real estate utilization for the Clorox headquarters in Oakland, including development of a prototypical floor plate to accommodate various users' needs. The resulting prototype design was highly adaptable, requiring less than 5% alteration for each re-implementation. In addition, the project included the design of a new ground floor reception area featuring Clorox's history, products, and market sectors; renovated office floors with bold graphics; and an executive floor, which responded to the new budget and image directives.
