The client, the leading provider of One Net Services software, wanted to create a campus plan that consolidated 1000 employees to improve efficiency and communication. The overall goal for the campus was to create an environment to reflect the Novell culture: Intelligence, Innovation, and Leadership in Computer Networks.
The quiet elegance of the main lobby makes a striking first impression on visitors and staff and communicates Novell's position as the leader of connectivity in the software industry. The new work environment allowed employees to work together more effectively and also attract top talent. A glass-enclosed cafeteria, fitness center, informal gathering areas, gardens, and fountains provide an image enhancing "sense of place" for Novell's employees and visitors.
